Este trabalho tem como principal objetivo verificar se a percepção da força de trabalho contratada de manutenção e inspeção do Ativo de Produção Sul da Unidade de Negócio de Exploração e Produção da Bahia é coerente com o planejamento e ações da Petrobras em relação à Segurança, ao Meio Ambiente e à Saúde (SMS). O principal foco da pesquisa foi a Segurança do Trabalho, algumas questões relacionadas à Saúde e pouca ênfase na questão de Meio Ambiente. A pesquisa foi realizada, através de questionário, em um grupo mais preocupado com questões imediatas de Segurança do Trabalho e com questões que futuramente podem aparecer relacionadas à Saúde Ocupacional. Este trabalho analisou quatro dimensões : conhecimento; condições de trabalho; participação do trabalhador nas questões de SMS; e aspecto comportamental. Conclui-se ao final, que resultados duradouros nas questões de SMS são complexos, precisam de muito planejamento e disciplina para lidar com as variáveis envolvidas, de modo que uma falha, em alguma etapa, não seja a responsável pela origem de um acidente ou doença ocupacional.

This work has as main objective to verify if the perception of the force of contracted work of maintenance and inspection of the South Asset of Production of the Unit of Business of Exploration and Production of the Bahia is coherent with the planning and action of the Petrobras in relation to the Security, the Environment and Health (SMS). The main focus of the research was the Security of the Work, some questions related to the Health and little emphasis in the question of Environment. The research was carried, through questionnaire, in a group more worried about immediate questions of Security guard of the Work and about questions that future can appear related to the Occupational Health. This work analyzed four dimensions: knowledge; work conditions; participation of the worker in the SMS questions; e mannering aspect. It is concluded the end, that resulted lasting in the SMS questions is complex, needs much planning and disciplines to deal with the involved 0 variable, in way that an imperfection, in some stage, is not responsible for the origin of an accident or the occupational illness.
